I possess construction technologies for transmission and transformation projects of various voltage classes and have successfully developed and applied multiple wiring technologies of power-on and over-live-wires construction. I am a foundation construction master of rocky and soft ground, and have accumulated technologies tower erection, tension stringing and large-section conductor laying of different combinations. Over the past sixty years, I as undertaken more than 300 transmission and transformation projects of no less than 110 KV with the aggregate length of transmission line to be over 20,000km. The Project undertaken and constructed by me currently in Brazil and the Philippines cover all voltage classes of the country. And now, I have undertaken the expansion, re-construction and upgrading of national grid systems in Bangladesh.

I have made great achievements in new energy construction such as wind power, photovoltaic, garbage, distributed energy sources and biomass power generation. In China, I have participated in the construction of the wind power project with the largest unit capacity (3.45 MW) on Mainland, the offshore wind power project with the largest unit capacity (5 MW) commercially operated, the first offshore wind power project on sourth-earstern coast, the largest terrestrial photovoltaic power plant, the wind power project of Fujian, the first waste incineration plant and the first natural-gas distributed energy source station in Fujian Province, making a lot of records.

I take the industrial orientation of China and the great opportunities of Fujian economic and social leap, exploiting its qualification advantages of building and municipal general construction to contribute to emerging fields such as municipal roads, housing and building, rail transit, integrated pipeline corridor, water environment treatment, etc. and has reached a strategic consensus with regard to the construction of Fuzhou Sponge City and Binhai New Area with Fuzhou government.

With 60 years of installation experience and technology, I have set up south maintenance base in Shihi of Fujian Province to provide professional rush repair, long-term maintenance, overhaul and technical renovation service for the power plant after completion. The subordinate test & commissioning and performance test of the large and medium-sized power station units. The professional and quality services have been widely recognized by customers, and have won the company the banner of “Able and Excels in Problem-solving”, as well as honors including “first-class contract”, “excellent enterprise of professional overhaul” and “excellent maintenance contractor”.

Besides that, I am awarded as “National Model Employees’ Homes” by the All-China Federation of Trade Union. The projects constructed by me have won several awards, including the “Luban Prize” for Construction Project for one time, National Quality Project Award for nine times, China Electric Power Quality Project Award for eleven times, the Bechtel Global Outstanding Project Award for one time, the “Min River Cup Quality Project Award” of Fujian Province for three times, the Outstanding Overseas Project Award of the State Grid for three times and the National Outstanding Welding Project Award for six times.
