The Company
Fujian Electric Power Engineering Company (Philippines) Inc. was established in 2007. It was a subsidiary company of Fujian Electric Power Engineering Company (FEPEC) (renamed as PowerChina Fujian Engineering Co., LTD), a state-owned enterprise which can do its accounting independently. The company was approved by the Ministry of Construction to be a Class-A general contractor enterprise in electric power engineering, having over 60 years’ management experience in power project since its’ establishment.

Business Scope
EPC contractor for construction of all type of power plants, including thermal power plant, wind power plant, solar power plant, as well as various voltage levels (up to 500kV AC & ±800kV HVDC) of Substations and Transmission Lines.
Licensed for Imports & Export business, oversea power project contract, labor dispatching and etc.
Provide supervision service for construction of electric power project, housing and architecture project, infrastructure project, transmission line and substation project.
Qualifications
Class-A for EPC contract in electric power project.
Class-A for project management and construction supervision in electric power project, housing and architecture project, Transmission Line Project and Power Substation Project.
License for Import & Export business.
License for cost consulting (Class-A) , engineering service.
Experience and Capability
With its’ experience of over 11 years in construction of power project, FEPEC Philippines has the capability to be EPC contractor for sorts of electric power projects, successively complete: EPC contract, substations and transmission line (up to 500kV grade).
In 1990s, FEPEC began to participate in the international electric power projects, it has established long term cooperation relations with some IPP and investor in electric power. Since 2007, FEPEC Philippines has successfully completed several substation and transmission line projects. There are more than 30 transmission line and substatoin projects that FEPEC Philippines has completed and being processed, including Concepcion-Clark, Culasi-San Jose, Colon-Cebu, San Carlos TL, Agus 6 SS, CNP2 and Tuy SS etc,.
